mental health practitioners.

you have one or more employees (non-clerical)
you may qualify for a group policy (but not
for an individual policy) and must submit a
group application to obtain a quotation. |

you are linked to other practitioners by a business
entity such as a common assumed name (“dba”),
partnership, corporation, trust, professional
association, or other type of business entity
you may qualify for a group policy (but not
for an individual policy) and must submit a group
application to obtain a quotation. |
If
you are a member of a group as described
above you need to complete the group application
and submit it to us for our review. If your group
fits within our underwriting guidelines, we will be
happy
to provide you with a written quotation quickly.
Your group is not required to be a member of any professional
association to purchase coverage.
All group
policies are underwritten by Everest National Insurance
Company or Everest Reinsurance Company. Both
companies are rated "A+" (Superior) by A.M.
Best.
